Antoinette G. "Toni" Cusanelli
Firm Administrator
Toni has been employed with Kujawski & Associates, P.C. for over 28 years. Her duties have included overall management of the firm as well as assisting our clients with their benefit issues (i.e., Railroad Retirement Board sickness and disability benefits, supplemental sickness benefits, health insurance, Social Security disability, and employee benefits). In addition to assisting clients with employment issues, her duties have included various paralegal duties and assisting attorneys at trial. In the 1980’s, Toni helped organize our Hearing Loss Department. Those duties included planning and assisting the audiologists with the testing of railroad employees and coordinating screenings throughout the Midwest.
In addition to her duties as the Firm Administrator, she has attended numerous union meetings and functions advising members of their benefits and also assisted the unions in planning some of these functions. In 2000, she worked with the Chairmen of the BLET Southwestern Convention in the planning and coordination of their meeting in St. Louis.
Toni also comes from a long line of railroaders. Her maternal grandfathers for the last three generations worked for the railroads in East Louis, Illinois on the Missouri Pacific and B&O Railroads.
Prior to her employment with the firm, Toni worked for several law firms in the St. Louis area. She has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators since 1996. Her years of experience handling FELA claims has been a great benefit to our clients and their families.
